RE: Lets see some "A" bodies
My first Mopar was a 1971 Plymouth Duster 340!

A true barn find in Minnesota. My dad took me to a friends farm to look at
some Chevys he had in his yard. When I got there I noticed the barn door
was open just enough to see the tail end of a yellow car with a black
stripe and spoiler on it. I asked, what it was and he opened the door to
the coolest car! His girlfriend owned it due to her brother dying and
leaving it to her. It looked new, paint was faded only. She sold it to me
for $650.00 cash! Lost pics of it in the divorce

Yellow (Lemon twist) w/black 340 stripping
Rallye Sharkstooth grill
Hood pins
Black hood w/340 wedge decal
Rallye wheels
Rear spoiler
Rallye race mirrors
Black interior
Factory Hurst 4 speed
Rallye dash w/150mph speedo & tachometer
8 3/4 pumpkin posi
340ci 4bbl Xhead dual snorkel air cleaner

A good friend of mine has it now! Been told it has been restored.

Did your Duster 340 come with those hub caps? I bought my 1971
in 1978 and came with Rallye Wheels and it had about 28,000
miles on it. I ran around with a group of other Duster 340/Twister
owners in 1982-85 and never saw any of them with hub caps?
Special Order?

Nothing! Mopardave has a prowler and should keep it in the Prowler threads.

It just so happens I keep my photos stored on the Prowltalk site and when they post, the trademark posts with them. Sorry about that, since it bothers you guys, I'll remove my photos and so long....

OK
