I hate to do it, but....
We (I) got bitch slapped by Ma Mopar's trademark Nazi's. Can't say as I blame them, its their IP and they protect it. No biggie.

I'm making a new logo which will have a completely different look and tag line. I can use the name, just not the M.

Stay tuned....

RE: I hate to do it, but....
Sean, I'm sure you will come up with a good idea, maybe an M slanting with a windy fast look?

I wish. There can be no, zero, nada, nothing that is similar to the Mopar "M". I have something done....We own it, and it is free and clear of any entanglements.

Thanks Linda!

This happened to our local forum too. No real way around it and fighting it just isn't worth it.

I could use a version of the M but with proper disclosure, sizing, and a check.

Easier to make a new one.

RE: I hate to do it, but....
Hey I understand their reasoning. It's no different than wanting vendors to sign up to play. Even if you sent a check, you'd probably have to agree to host no content that would tarnish the brand and that wouldn't work anyway.

New logo looks good!

Absolutely. I have no real issue with them, I get it, and agree with them.

Thanks everyone!
