Got any tips for the pcv system? I hate that it's straight up and trying to find a 90 to replace the stock one

Unfortunately no. You can try to find a piece of 90* hose or cut the 90 out of the factory hose and use a coupler.

I've got that going on now, I want to put some an fittings and braided line but without a 90 there's to much of a arch and it looks like crap. The Maggie pcv is treaded right? Would the A2speed valve covers delete the catch can and the pcv?

No....you'll still have a pcv. Why not epoxy a -8 an fitting get onto the pcv and then put a 90* hose end on it.
