Magnums..........

This Magnum was bought to be flipped! Rick paid $4,850.00 about two years ago! The price started much
higher but is now down to almost what he paid? He says FIRM but I guess he'll take just about anything to
now get rid of it!
Source: Please Register or Login to view links.
I'm not sure if this ever was a Magnumforce Magnum but, I'm pretty sure it never was a GT! It has tell tail
signs of added GT parts and not installed by the factory! Most to not all Magnumforce Magnums started life
as XE's not GT's. The Magnumforce kit was added to make the XE's look like GT's in order to sell and get
more money from an XE. There was no reason to add to a GT as it was already a GT

Ask questions before you buy this one:
If it is a Magnumforce kit car: It should have it in a dealer sheet of some kind!(Dealer Paperwork)
If it is a real GT it will have the code A75 on the fender tag on top of the inner drivers fender!
If it is a real 400 cubic inch car it will have a E64 on the fender tag and an N on the Vin number tag or E68
on the fender tag and an P on the Vin number tag for the better high performance 400.
Also ask if the passengers side window ever was re-tinted and have the door panels ever been painted?
One clue: Magnum GT's don't have woodgrain on the lower dash! They are black plastic and are not painted
black!

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE THIS CAR: Ask him for a picture of the fender tag and then post or PM me
with that picture and I will decipher it for you! (Tell you what it really is your getting!)

Is the Magnum worth $5000.00? It does seem to be a very clean black Magnum with t-tops and lots of
added extras! So my opinion is yes!!!
Just know what you are really getting for your money! A fan made Magnum that is not factory made with
these combo of options!

Yes, it was one of Andre's. This one was sold by a guy in Plattsmouth,
NE. It had been listed for over two years not selling? Then Bought by yet
another flipper that thought he had a gold mine! He paid less than $1500
I think, and immediately relisted it for $5000 on CL in the same area???
The sale was recorded somewhere here in "The MAGNUM Hot list!" Its
been for sale ever since! Nothing special about this Magnum XE accept
it does have t-tops and now an added wing. It has the most common
360-K 2bbl engine, black dash cap, torn up interior with screws holding
the door handles on and HUB CAPS!

XS22K8R284133

Is this car worth $5000? Not in my opinion. It took over two years to sell
it at the less than $1500 price! At $5000 it may take a while.

EBay seller must read this thread?! He has changed the wording in his Craigslist ad
also. Now it says nowhere about being a "GT"?! Now only claims that it is a
XE model in both his Craigslist and EBay ads!? Smile
I had a friend of mine ask him a question on eBay to see the fender tag and the
paperwork showing that it is a real Magnumforce Magnum. We'll see if we get an
answer? Tongue

P.S.: Now says nothing about being a MagnumForce Magnum either!!!Laugh Just a Very
Rare Car?

OK, the Daytona Magnum is up to:
Bid history: 10 bids
Current bid: US $1,525.86

I wonder if it has anything to do with the quote: "The fin is a 1969 that most likely came off a
Daytona or a Super Bird. It is a series 2 adjustable fin"

If that were an original 69 Daytona wing it would be worth a lot! Do the biders know that it really
is just a fiberglass reproduction? Will the top bidder pay if they find out the truth?
From what I was told by Andre the builder of the Daytona Magnum's is that he had fiberglass
ones made in Florida for them.

The seller posted the Fender Tag! Here is the decipher! The codes with a "*" are somewhat guesses due to the thick paint and angle of the pics.

Good News: Check it out! It is a real Black Magnum GT with a 400! That being better than if it was a regular XE gussyed up dealer made MagnumForce! Tongue

At least he says this time that the fin/wing is made of fiberglass! Still claims it's from a 1969 wing car?
This time it sold for $2,285.00, $515.00 less than last time.
