Not 100%, The car needed a turn signal switch, which I found, and then turned out to be the wrong one. So the steering column is apart until I can get the right one, and at which point I can get it inspected and be 100% legal.

I wonder if he learned the rancid truth about "Mopar"steering columns...that they're Saginaw and any GM car can donate to the cause.
