This is the closet you will get to headers that fit and it's based on the 74 Charger. Both have the same platform as 75 and up.

Hooker Super Company, TTI, and Schumacher all have a reputation for fitting late BS well. They are all also very expensive. I can't imagine myself plunking down $500-$700 for a set of headers for my Cordoba.
$200 yes, maybe 250.
The main bugaboo in the design is the steering box.

Thanks for the info, yea that's a lot of money!? I agree, $250-$350 more my budget.
