Your Charger will be a blast with the new diff. My swap is still pretty fresh in my mind so if you have a question hit me up.

I've gotta try to finish pulling the hubs tonight and tomorrow I'll call all the local dealerships for axle seals and gear lube but I think I'm ready to do this.

Question--is the Mopar gear lube pre-mixed with the friction modifier? Or is that a separate purchase as well? Or should I just pick something up from Advance Auto?

Thanks for all your help earlier. Between your suggestions, a writeup by Eric, and the factory service manual...I think I'm good to go.

If you haven't already, I would consider upgrading to the 392 coupler and Pink Bolts.

I haven't yet, but when I call the dealerships about the seals I'll be looking into those as well. I suppose I could get them from somewhere like ECMP or Steve White, but I'm hoping to get them locally so I can get to it right away without waiting.

If you use the Mopar fluid you need to get the friction modifier. I used Royal Purple 75w90 and it has the friction modifier. Kinda pricey around $20 a quart. My Getrag used approx. 1.5 quarts.

I used Lucas and the 4oz bottle of modifier. Even if it is "pre-mixed" in the gear oil, I was told to use the modifier anyway.

I've heard it may not be enough. If I hear anything funny I will be adding additional in mine.
